PayPal a mikroplatby

The Micropayment rate is available today to E.U. merchants who sell to E.U.
customers, when PayPal is the sole payment solution offered to customers
for micropayments transactions.
Merchants who wish to use PayPals micropayments pricing will need to open
a new PayPal account through the account registration link below.
Merchants who receive both "macro" and "micro" payments should maintain two
separate accounts:
" Standard rate applies to "macro" payments (1.9% + 0.35 EUR to 3.4% +
0.35 EUR per transaction)
" Micropayments rate applies to "micro" payments (5% + 0.08 EUR per
transaction, plus any applicable charges posted at paypal.com, such as
"cross border" or "foreign exchange" fees as appropriate)
Each PayPal account is associated with only one merchant processing rate.
That rate determines the fee thats applied to funds received into that
account (additional information on PayPals Standard Fees is available at:
http://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-receiving-fees-outside
). For example: if your Premier/Business Account rate for receiving funds
is 1.9% + 0.35 EUR, using PayPals 5% + 0.08 EUR micropayments rate would
reduce the total transaction fee charged to payments received below the
value of 12.00 EUR (per payment). However, if you accept payments that are
greater than 12.00 EUR, you would pay a lower processing charge by
accepting the payment into the account set with the 1.9% + 0.35 EUR rate.
If you would like to establish a Micropayments account, we ask that you
visit www.paypal.com (select appropriate country) and register and verify a
Premier/Business account. Once that process has been completed contact us
from that account at micropayments@paypal.com and we will review and set
the micro pricing for you.
